ABOUT
BEN ZION SUKY
Ben Zion Suky is the founder and CEO of Bensco, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm recognized for its work across New York and Miami.
Under his leadership, Bensco has built a strong reputation for structuring and managing large-scale transactions that include multifamily residences, condominiums, mixed-use projects, and complex financing arrangements.
With more than two decades of hands-on experience, Ben has turned his early passion for business and real estate into a career marked by growth, resilience, and strategic execution.
EARLY CAREER
Raised in Israel, Ben developed his entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. A formative trip to New York introduced him to the discipline and ambition required to succeed in business. By the age of 16, he had relocated to the United States, joining his family’s enterprise to gain practical skills in operations and management. His responsibilities grew quickly, and those early years laid the foundation for his independent ventures.

By the early 2000s, Ben launched his own path as an investor, focusing on the acquisition and redevelopment of condominiums, apartments, and multifamily assets. His ability to identify value and execute on complex opportunities established his credibility in a competitive market.

FOUNDING BENSCO
In 2009, Ben formalized his vision with the creation of Bensco. The firm has since expanded its portfolio to include some of the most valuable real estate transactions in New York and Miami.
Over the years, Ben has worked alongside leading financial and real estate institutions -including CBRE, JLL, Newmark, Madison Realty Capital, and the Carlyle Group - on high-value development and financing projects.
PHILANTHROPY & COMMUNITY
Beyond his business achievements, Ben is deeply committed to philanthropy. He supports a range of charitable organizations, such as the Israeli-American Council (IAC), BeLev Echad, which assists injured Israeli soldiers, and Hatzalah, a global Jewish emergency medical service.
His contributions reflect both his personal values and his connection to the broader community, in New York and internationally.
